Letsignit alternative from Germany — SignatureHub comparison
Letsignit from France is a premium vendor with a banner focus. SignatureHub is more affordable, supports Postfix/Plesk and has a real reseller programme.
SignatureHub advantages
- Hosting in Germany vs. France
- Postfix, Plesk native — Letsignit doesn't
- Usable without any mail server of your own: mail client straight to mx.signaturehub.de:2587 (STARTTLS) with per-employee credentials
- Reseller model with consolidated invoicing
- Pricing from 0.85 €/user/month (Starter billed annually); Letsignit list prices are approx. 2–4 €
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need Microsoft 365 to use SignatureHub instead of Letsignit?
- No. There are three ways to connect: Microsoft 365 via outbound and inbound connectors, your own mail server (Postfix, Plesk, Exchange on-premises) as a smarthost to mx.signaturehub.de:2587, or — with no mail server at all — the mail client pointed directly at the same endpoint using per-employee credentials.
- Does this work if our mailboxes are hosted at STRATO, IONOS or All-Inkl?
- Yes. Every employee gets their own SMTP credentials and enters mx.signaturehub.de, port 2587, STARTTLS as the outgoing mail server in Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone, Android or Thunderbird. Incoming mail stays with the existing provider; only the sending path runs through SignatureHub. Credentials are bound to that employee's own addresses.
